at pacific and pines, We care very much about customer satisfaction. that is why unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (please include receipt when returning). If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Customers are responsible for return shipping. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
